Dashboard

Introduction

This guide explains how to use the Dashboard page in My Home Plan to view company performance, track upcoming installments, and navigate between summary and statistical insights.

Accessing the Page

  1. From the left sidebar, click Dashboard.
  2. You will be directed to the "Dashboard" section for the selected company.
  • Header: Displays breadcrumbs and a logout option.
  • Tabs: Two main views are available:
    • Summary: Provides an overview of company performance.
    • Statistics: Reserved for analytical data (currently placeholder content).
  • Filter Controls: Dropdown for selecting date ranges (This month, Last month, This year, Last year, or Custom date range).
  • Custom Date Inputs: When "Custom" is selected, fields appear to choose start and end dates.
  • Upcoming Installments Section:
    • Lists all upcoming installment groups with project details, unit numbers, pending amounts, developers, and addresses.
    • Shows assigned users and links to user profiles.
    • Includes a "View" link to navigate to detailed installment information.

Key Features

  • Summary Tab: Displays aggregated company data filtered by date range.
  • Statistics Tab: Placeholder for advanced analytics (to be developed).
  • Date Filters: Choose from preset ranges or custom date ranges to filter displayed data.
  • Upcoming Installments List:
    • Displays project name, unit number, pending amount, developer, and address.
    • Highlights installments with colored indicators for visual status cues.
    • Supports infinite scroll: more installments load automatically when scrolling down.
  • Assigned Users: If installments are assigned, the responsible users are shown with links to their profiles.
  • Loading Spinner: Appears while additional installments are being fetched.

Common Tasks

  1. Switching Between Tabs:
    • Use the Summary and Statistics tabs to toggle views.
  2. Filtering Data by Date:
    • Select a filter option (e.g., This month).
    • For custom ranges, choose both start and end dates.
  3. Viewing Upcoming Installments:
    • Scroll through the Upcoming Installments section.
    • Click View next to an installment to see detailed information.
  4. Checking Assigned Users:
    • Look under installment details for the list of assigned users with profile links.

Troubleshooting

  • No Installments Displayed?
    • Ensure you have selected the correct company.
    • Try changing the date range or filters.
  • Infinite Scroll Not Working?
    • Confirm your internet connection.
    • Refresh the page to reload installment data.
  • Error Message Appears?
    • Look for the red error box at the top of the page.
    • If the issue persists, contact support.
