Welcome to your home screen. This page gives you a clear snapshot of your properties, upcoming payments, and a simple view of the UAE housing market. No setup is required—just sign in and everything you need is here.

What you’ll see​

Header & Quick Tour

  • A friendly welcome with a Start Tour button. Click it anytime to see short pop‑ups that explain each section.

At‑a‑glance totals
Three small cards summarise your overall position:

  • Total – the full value of your scheduled installments.
  • Paid – how much you’ve already paid.
  • Remaining – what’s left to pay.

Shortcuts
Quick links to useful UAE property portals (e.g., Dubai Land, DMT, RAK, Dubai Pulse). Each opens in a new tab.

Your Installments
Cards for each property/group show:

  • The name of the property/group.
  • Paid vs. total (AED).
  • A progress bar and % complete.
  • Remaining amount in AED.
    Click any card to open the full Installments page for that property, where you can see every payment and detail.

UAE House Price Update
A simple line chart showing house‑price trends since 2016. Hover or tap to see values. This is for general context and does not change your payment plan.

Upcoming Installments
A list of the next payments with group name, amount, and due date. Use this to plan your transfers.

Typical tasks​

  • Review your progress: Check the At‑a‑glance totals and Your Installments cards to see how you’re tracking.
  • Open a property: Click a property card to view installment details, receipts, and attachments.
  • Plan for what’s next: Look at Upcoming Installments for dates and amounts.
  • Use official portals: Open any Shortcut if you need to visit a government or information site.
  • Need guidance? Press Start Tour for a quick walkthrough.

Tips​

  • Amounts are shown in AED with easy‑to‑read formatting.
  • On smaller screens, the market chart shows a shorter time range so it stays readable.
  • If something looks off, try refreshing the page or check your internet connection.

FAQ​

Can I pay from here?
Payments are handled on the related Installments page of a property. Click a card under Your Installments to go there.

Why don’t I see any installments?
You may not have any active groups yet, or your access is still being set up. If this seems wrong, please contact support.

Does the market chart affect my plan?
No. It’s informational only. Your installment schedule is separate.
