Installment Group
Welcome! This page shows everything related to a single Installment Group: your project details, upcoming/paid amounts, your payments, and a timeline of key updates. It’s designed for clarity—no technical jargon, just what you need to review and act.
What you’ll see
Header
- Developer, Project, City, Unit – A quick snapshot of the property at the top of the page.
- Edit Installment (Admins & Finance) – Jump straight to editing the group.
- Start Tour (Clients) – Launch a guided walkthrough of the page.
Summary Cards
- Total Amount – The total installments value (without general fees).
- Upcoming Payment – The next amount expected soon.
Clients Information
- A card for each client in this group with:
- Client name (and assigned agent for staff views)
- Total Payment – Sum of all payments attributed to that client
- Quick actions:
- View Profile (staff)
- Add Payments (staff)
General Fees
Some projects include one‑off fees (e.g., Administration, Registration, DLD). Each fee shows:
- Fee name and total amount
- Status (Paid / Pending)
- Payments made toward that fee
- Actions (when allowed): Add payment (staff) or Pay Fee (client)
Tabs
- Installments – The full payment plan (excluding fees)
- Payments – A chronological list of all payments
- Logs (staff only) – A timeline of important updates and actions
Working with installments
Installments table
Each row represents a scheduled installment and shows:
- Due Date (or Post Handover when applicable)
- Description (with % if provided)
- Status
- Paid – fully settled
- Overdue – past the due date with a remaining balance
- Upcoming – not yet due
- Amount, Paid, and Balance
- Actions (based on role):
- Pay (client)
- Send Reminder (super‑admin)
Expand a row to view payments applied to that specific installment, including dates, descriptions, client, amounts, and attachments.
Payments that need approval
Items marked PENDING are awaiting review. Super‑admins can Approve or Decline them from the Installments or Payments tabs.
Payments tab
A single list of all payments for the group. For each payment you can:
- View details such as date, description, client, and amount
- Approve/Decline (super‑admin) when pending
- Edit your own pending payments (clients; admins when enabled)
- Open attachments or Upload attachments (staff)
At the bottom you’ll see the Total across all listed payments.
Logs (staff only)
A simple timeline of actions and changes related to this Installment Group, with paging controls when the list is long.
Attachments
At the end of the page you can review group‑level attachments (not tied to a specific payment). Staff may also:
- Upload new files (drag & drop, browse, or paste)
- Rename titles before upload
- Delete an attachment
Tip: If you add files, click Upload Attachments to finish.
Role‑based actions at a glance
- Clients: Start Tour, Pay installment, Pay fee, Edit own pending payments, View attachments
- Admins/Finance: Edit Installment, Add Payments, Upload attachments, View client profiles
- Super‑admin: All of the above plus Approve/Decline payments, Send reminders, Delete payments
Helpful notes
- Amounts are shown in AED.
- Overdue rows are visually highlighted so you won’t miss them.
- Totals are shown in table footers where helpful.
If something looks off, check with your team—values reflect the latest records added and approved for this Installment Group.
